Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Tobias Dorzon, Chef Kristi Brown, and Chef Boyd Brown. I don’t want to narrow it down to race (only), so I’ll use culture as well. I’ve personally meant and worked for Chef Kristi and attended the same academia as her. I’ve seen tangibly what dedication looks like and the success of building a brand from scratch looks like through her. What would you do with the $25,000?To start my business as well as further my education. I’m attending school for psychology soon and while also gaining experience in the kitchen. I hope to combine the two. I want to invite culinary into therapy, to educate, support, and transform lives as I nourish them physically and mentally.
