Each small-batch collection blends classic pastry techniques with playful, nostalgic flavors inspired by my fine dining background in New York City. Every box is thoughtfully designed with a mix of cookies, brownies, cakes, sweet breads, and seasonal specialties to create a full dessert experience centered around creativity, comfort, and connection.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Chef Anna Markow, the first pastry chef I worked for at ESCA in New York City. She introduced me to the discipline, creativity, and artistry behind professional pastry work while showing how desserts can feel both refined and deeply comforting. Her mentorship helped shape my approach to baking today — thoughtful flavors, strong technique, attention to detail, and creating desserts that leave a lasting memory for guests.
What would you do with the $25,000?A $25,000 reward would help bring Sweet Cubby’s to life by allowing me to invest in essential commercial equipment, expand production capabilities, attend local markets and events, improve packaging and branding, and build a stronger foundation for long-term growth. It would create opportunities to serve more customers throughout New Hampshire while continuing to offer thoughtfully curated pastries, custom desserts, and community-focused experiences through Sweet Cubby’s.
