Receive Text UpdatesIt's hard to pick just one. I have several things I love to cook regularly. My wife would tell you her favorite is a grilled filet of beef with a medley of our favorite sides, like roasted Brussel sprouts with a balsamic glaze. My 6 year old would tell you it's chicken parmesan over angel hair pasta, made with fresh marinara. My favorite dish to make though is herb crusted rack of lamb. It's a recipe from my Mom and one that brings back so many memories growing up with her in her kitchen.
Who is your culinary inspiration?The first person that comes to mind is immediately Anthony Bourdain. Watching his shows and reading his writings in my teens and early twenties sparked my curiosity of what goes into being a chef and a person who loves food and people. As my interest grew, I loved learning about Massimo Bottura and his story, as well as famous favorites like Matty Matheson (for obvious reasons), Chef Kenji, Eddie Huang, and Food Network personalities like Andrew Zimmern and Guy's Grocery games.
What would you do with the $25,000?I don't know who or what the foundation or cause would be, but I would plan to donate most if not all of the amount.
