What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000 I would start a culinary program that gives adolescents in underserved communities the chance to learn culinary abilities that can become either a valuable life skill or a pathway to a rewarding career. I want to help prepare them for a future beyond the streets. And use that to springboard me into high end bistros in urban communities all over in order to give people great paying jobs and hire my students.
