I make a pretty mean gorgonzola fettuccini Alfredo! I can pretty much cook anything, but I tend to lean towards hearty provincial cooking.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Anthony Bourdain, of course. I got to meet Julia Child in culinary school, she's the best!
What would you do with the $25,000?My mom just passed away from cancer, so I would start a food business with proceeds going to cancer research. I would use this money to get a better life for my beautiful wife of 16 years together. We've both had it pretty rough. But I'm not bitter, I'm just trying to be a better human and live my best life. My mom's battle with cancer was humbling, as I became her caregiver. I just want to bring more compassion, empathy, and goodness to the world, & teach cooking/life lessons on YouTube.
