Paired with bucatini pasta. Garnished with mango kuchela. Breaded fried king fish steak, seared in a sweeten spicy Tamarind sauce.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I don't have a person specifically, but love exploring the happiness stored in the fusions of the foods of Trinidad and Tobago where I was born.
