I use a rotisserie smoker to make my pulled pork and my bacon which gives them an unmatched flavor and texture. It's like the difference between baked chicken and rotisserie chicken only with pork!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I love seeing people enjoy my food, it gives me the confidence to continue creating new dishes and recipes. That feeling is better than any adrenaline rush, better than any drug, it's unbelievable!
What would you do with the $25,000?Take my soon to be wife and her two amazing kids on a trip to Florida! They are my personal reason for putting in all the hard work every day. They didn't have to love me, but they do.
