Receive Text UpdatesEvery time I make stuffed mushrooms my family and friends go wild. It’s a recipe that was my grandfather’s. Another favorite is Chicken Saltimbocca alla Romana — thin sliced chicken topped with prosciutto and fresh sage, finished in a delicate white wine sauce. Both dishes feel like home to me and carry the flavors and traditions I grew up loving.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my grandparents, Rosalie and Anthony Siciliano. I was incredibly close with them, and they are the foundation of my Italian roots and love for cooking. Even though they’ve passed, I carry them with me in every dish I make. Continuing their food traditions feels like keeping their legacy alive, and every meal I create is my way of making them proud.
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning the $25,000 would truly change my life. It would help me finally pursue my dream of opening my own store or restaurant where I can bring people together through food, family traditions, and the feeling of home. Cooking has always been more than just food to me — it’s how I connect with people, honor my roots, and create memories. This opportunity would help turn that lifelong dream into a reality.
