My signature dish at home is eggplant rollatini — it’s the dish that always brings everyone to the table. In the kitchen professionally, I’m known for elevated comfort food, especially our burgers and buffalo wings. Simple dishes done right, with consistency, flavor, and a little bit of obsession behind every plate
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my father. I grew up in the kitchen with him, and cooking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. He taught me not only technique, but the passion, creativity, and work ethic that shaped me into the chef I am today. His influence is behind everything I create, both in and out of the kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, I’d use it to create stability for my family. Living and raising a child in New York while working in hospitality can be incredibly demanding, so having that financial breathing room would allow me to focus even more on growing creatively as a chef, investing in my future, and continuing to build a strong life for my family.
