Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my father. I grew up in the kitchen with him, and cooking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. He taught me not only technique, but the passion, creativity, and work ethic that shaped me into the chef I am today. His influence is behind everything I create, both in and out of the kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, I’d use it to create stability for my family. Living and raising a child in New York while working in hospitality can be incredibly demanding, so having that financial breathing room would allow me to focus even more on growing creatively as a chef, investing in my future, and continuing to build a strong life for my family.
