Who is your culinary inspiration?My parents inspired me to continue my passion for culinary. From watching cooking shows on PBS, reading cookbooks in the library to purchasing cable so I can watch Food Network. Marcus Samuelsson would be my next chef inspiration
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the 25,000 to focus time on perfecting recipes and expanding my reach to the public about the African inspired meals, desserts, and BBQ sauce line.
