Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from my struggle. Growing up with less and barely having food to eat. My mom taught me how to cook and being without food, inspired me to cook and always feed ppl. It’s a love language that comes from the heart, because we never know, the last time someone has had a hot meal.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would further my education in the culinary world and do some traveling. Convert my restaurant to only catering, revamp my kitchen and brand. I’d also like to buy more clothes for my non profit organization where we give free clothes to girls ages of 12-21. This money would also help me become a homeowner. I would use a piece of it as a down payment for a home. And if I don’t win the 25k, I’m still grateful because, to me, I’ve already won by being a participant.
