I love a good ole comfort meal with a little Surf and turf , whether it be steak and shrimp or lamb chops and lobster tail served with loaded mash/baked potato and broccoli with cheese or grilled asparagus.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Honestly I really don’t just have one growing up I inspired to be like my late aunt, I use to watch her cooking all the time and see how people loved her food which made me also want to help and learn.I would come over and we used to sit up and watch the food network all the time. And inspire to be up there with the,Sunny Anderson,Carla hall , Kardea brown, Gina Neely and all the WOC CHEFS that have paved the way.
What would you do with the $25,000?Honestly I’ve been struggling since relocating to Houston from Miami and that money would finally catch me up on all my bills,and kick start my cottage bakery and catering business.
