I specialize in seafood and enjoy creating unique recipes and flavorful variations of side dishes. I have a passion for all food including American, Asian, Italian, the list goes on!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I idolize Chefs like Alain Ducasse, Alice Waters, and of course, Carla Hall! My culinary career began in hospitals throughout the Tampa Bay area before moving into small family-owned restaurants, where I learned the art of true scratch cooking. After developing my skills, I transitioned into corporate dining. I currently work in a friary serving retired priests. My passion for cooking continues to grow, and I take great pride in both my career and the people I have the privilege to serve.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have recently accumulated debt while covering necessary dental and medical expenses for my children. I would use the funds to help pay off that debt and continue providing the essential dental and medical care my children urgently need.
