Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my father. Growing up, I would always stand over his shoulder and ask him why he prepared his food the way he did until he finally bought my first "cookbook". He would break down all of his dishes and we would connect every evening after a long day. 20 years later and I have FINALLY been promoted to his "Sous Chef" for family occasions.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I am blessed with the title of Favorite Chef and win $25,000, I will start a Non-Profit organization for the younger, less fortunate aspiring chefs of Atlanta and purchase a food truck that will eventually turn into my own restaurant.
