Who is your culinary inspiration?I get a lot of inspiration from Kevin Reid from the Coconut cup. He is creative and you can see his love for food in every dish. His presentation of food and talent is amazing.
What would you do with the $25,000?25,000 would go along way for me. I would use it to expand and fuel my food truck. I am currently working on a food truck and finances has definitely been a road block. This money and exposure would definitely amplify my career in food industry.
