Why does anyone have to pick one? My signature flare on anything is going to be financially savvy, simple yet flavorful, while good ingredients with lost technique, and a steak taught to be grilled by my grandfather who was a butcher!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandfather… a butcher and food processor by day; and a chef running his own bbq pit at the Swiss club achieving the most perfect tritip that would melt your mind.
What would you do with the $25,000?Take the time to finish my book! Get it published! And use it to rent out a space for cooking classes. French and farm techniques brought to a room in a simple and enjoyable way. Even some back to basics depression food that never deserved to be lost as it’s nutritious and delicious!
