Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration are the women who raised me: my grandmas, mom, and aunts. They taught me resourcefulness, flavor intuition, and how to turn our family's harvested, hunted, and foraged staples into deeply comforting meals.
What would you do with the $25,000?I will pour this prize into upgrading my home into a dedicated catering kitchen to launch a pre-order business. This creates the vital foundation to fund my dream food truck, Second Chances, where I fuse global peasant dishes with Southern soul, elevating humble ingredients through advanced technique to strike a perfect balance of texture and flavor.
