Who is your culinary inspiration?My family is my culinary inspiration which comes from the strong flavors and creativity found in Caribbean and Soul Food cooking, especially chefs who turn simple ingredients into comforting and memorable meals. I’m inspired by people who cook with passion, culture, and originality while still making food feel welcoming. I love creating dishes like Rasta pasta and experimenting with bold flavors, sauces, and presentation to make each plate stand out and tell a story.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would invest it into growing my food business and culinary career. I would purchase better equipment, improve branding and marketing, and expand my menu and catering opportunities. I would also use part of the money to continue my culinary education and create more opportunities for community events and meal services. This support would help me turn my passion for cooking into a long-term business and career.
