Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is middle eastern spiced lamb chops and I'll either keep it light with a greek salad for a side or go restaurant quality with a roasted garlic mash and sautéed vegetables.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspirations are food content creators Mr Make It Happen and Smoking and Grilling wit AB. Their videos always provide me with inspiration to go above and beyond in the kitchen and to make food that not only tastes good but looks just as good too. They never fail to provide their tips that have helped me improve in the kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use a portion for student loans most likely, but I would also use it to get more into food content creation so I can be able to enter that space and be an inspiration to others. I want to give my food a platform that can propel me into becoming a personal chef. I aspire to open a restaurant one day and getting exposure at first would be a great start into achieving that goal.
