Who is your culinary inspiration?Old School Mothers and Grandmothers, my own primarily. However, I have eaten a lot of food from my friend’s mother’s and grands, as well as coworkers over the years. My mom was the first to set me free in the kitchen at the age of 5, my granny taught me how to put love in my food. I used to watch a few cooking shows as a child. “Louisiana Cooking” was my favorite! And truly, anytime in any kitchen is and always has been a learning experience for me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I will use $10,000 further my education in Holistic Nutrition. The remaining $15,000 will be used to invest into my current catering and personal chef business. I will invest in better marketing tools and operations equipment.
