Who is your culinary inspiration?I grew up watching all the cooking shows on PBS. Martin Yan, Julia Child, Jeff Smith "The Frugal Gormet". The most inspiration was from Justin Wilson in The Louisiana Kitchen. He inspired me to be a better chef without the stress.
What would you do with the $25,000?Get the medical treatment I need to be able to go back to work in my career field. I have Degenerative Disk Disease and only have a few years left before I won't be able to do this job anymore without the constant pain I'm in now.
