What is your signature dish?

Pan-seared salmon topped with a rich Cajun cream sauce, served over house-made mashed potatoes and paired with roasted broccolini for a crisp finish.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration comes from my grandmother, who taught me the heart & soul of cooking. While Guy Fieri inspired me to explore bold flavors & different creativity to push boundaries in the kitchen while keeping food fun & memorable.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to invest in my catering business by improving kitchen tools, expanding content creation, & funding future pop-up or catering opportunities to grow my clientele.
