Receive Text UpdatesIt’s hard to choose. My quick evening signature dish are my fire kissed fajitas. However, if I’m making Sunday dinner and have 4 hours or so, I will make my homemade enchiladas.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration was a gift from my mom and my aunt. They were both wonderful cooks and passed along that gift of love to me. From our Sunday dinners and blue gill fish fries. I had no idea how special these times really were.
What would you do with the $25,000?My son and I are ramping up a kitchenware business called Totem Serve. All the money would be reinvested in our product designs and manufacturing.
