That being said, if I had to narrow that down, I would have to say I am great at creating delicious and beautiful Cajun/Creole dishes! Seafood and chicken gumbo, crawfish etoufee, jambalaya, Cajun rice, and a big emphasis on my creole shrimp alfredo!!! 😋
Who is your culinary inspiration?From a very young age, my memaw had me in the kitchen whipping up anything from doughs for dumplings, cookies, or pie crusts to making brines and marinades for whatever meats we were gonna chef it up with! So my memaw is most definitely my biggest inspiration!
What would you do with the $25,000?This money would be perfect to finally be able to take my wife on our honeymoon! We are about to celebrate our first anniversary on June 27th, and unfortunately we have not had our honeymoon! I would love to change that for us, and the $25K could definitely make that a reality!
