Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother is my culinary inspiration. She taught me at a young age how to cook, and prepare meals for my sisters and myself. As I got older, I continued to get better, and eventually started cooking professionally. It’s truly a passion for me. I’m constantly trying to get better every day, and now that I’m a father that inspires me even more to achieve my goal of one day possibly becoming a head chef of my own kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the winnings into starting my own food truck/catering business, so that I can build a better future for my family.
