Receive Text UpdatesI’m not sure I have a signature dish, but I love Garde Manger and making any sort of fish crudo, ceviche, carpaccio, tartare or shucked raw shellfish. It’s so refreshing and simple.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My father is my culinary inspiration. We are both chefs and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. I grew up in the kitchen with him. When I was a kid, I would see him come alive at work and I could see how passionate he was about cooking and working with others.
What would you do with the $25,000?It would be a wonderful opportunity to use some of it to take my wife back to Santorini where we had our honeymoon 10 years ago. I would also put it towards some home renovations.
