Chicken Riggies! Seasoned to perfection with the right amount of heat every time always creamy every noodle. Or I would say my chimichanga chopped cheese! Others would probably say a lot of the other things I cook I’m very versatile! For breakfast, I make a killer stuffed French toast or chicken and waffles with hot honey!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Chef Lenell! He was one of the first chefs to ever believe in me. I’ll never forget when he gifted me his knife bag and said I believe in you kid as he went down the steps. That was right after I moved up from the dish pit and was super nervous about a lot of things and still learning, he believed in me when nobody else did. To this day he’s still doing his thing.
What would you do with the $25,000?The 25,000 would go to a good cause I’m probably gonna do something really good for my mother. She’s been there for me my entire life and supported my journey no matter what it has been with no questions. I want to pay her house off and get the house fixed up. It was my grandfather‘s house so it would mean a lot to her.
