Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Marco Pierre White. He chose to keep his food approachable and the love of the craft over the simple notoriety that comes with obtaining Michelin stars.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win the $25,000 I would use it to start the beginnings of a supper club, an idea I cultivated for 7 years now. The cuisine would focus on bold and robust flavors Cajun/creole cooking with bright and herbaceous taste of Vietnamese and Southeast Asia cuisine.
