Who is your culinary inspiration?I do love watching Gordon Ramsey and his journey with Marco Pierre White, yet the person that got me into the kitchen as a kid was my mother and she let me experiment all the time.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would utilize the funds to kick start my famous salsa company and a non-profit to teach local children and families how to cook in my area where I’m a police officer.
