Who is your culinary inspiration?First, my mother for so many reasons… over the years I found inspiration in icons like Julia or Jacque… these days I find inspiration from modern icons like amazing Carla! She leads the way in blending classic technique with modern flavors and trends.
What would you do with the $25,000?Recently, I’ve bent experimenting with hard candy… it can be a challenge working in a ‘home kitchen’ with these sticky candies… I would love to explore the option of a ‘candy hut’ where people watch candy made and then buy things to share with friends… it’s not about making money, but more about seeing people’s faces enjoy the process and results…
