Herb Crusted Roast Pork Loin with Savory Leak Bread Pudding and Charred Brussels.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

I have a two really big ones: Chef Emril Lagasse and Chef John Toman (CSC, US Coast Guard). Emril Live was one of my favorite shows growing up and is what instilled a passion of cooking in me. Chief Toman is the best chef we have in the Coast Guard and is who I aspire to be like.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would be starter cash for a food truck or food trailer. I want to share world flavors with those who don't travel.
