Who is your culinary inspiration?That is a toss up Emril Lagasse and Chief John Toman (US Coast Guard). Emril made me truly passionate about the craft. Chief Toman was my mentor a few years back and is very talented. I aspire to his level of greatness.
What would you do with the $25,000?That $25,000 thousand would go into a business account and serve as starter cash for a food trailer or food truck. My ultimate goal is to have a small community diner where folks can come and get decent food and be neighborly.
