My signature dish, well I have many but the one dish I love to make for my family and friends is barbecue Baked Ribs. I sweet and flavorful with a good baked flavor while the meat is tender juicy and falls right off the bone.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Culinary inspiration is Mr Gordon Ramsay because of his grit, dedication and drive for an excellent dish to be made is mind blowing. The way he Guides, Teaches, and Corrects is very intriguing and mind blowing, but best believe the dish he makes will come out perfect everytime.
What would you do with the $25,000?What I would do with the 25,000 is start a FOOD SELLING SERVICE. By making and selling plates to my community and the homeless. While also striving to make create something sweet alongside with it. Like a pastry or a mini cake or cookie. FOOD IS A STAPLE AND IS A BIG NEED REGARDLESS OF WHO CANT AFFORD IT. But For those that can’t afford food that is why I’m striving to make my goal and real life dream.
