What is your signature dish?

Soft shell crab Benedict. On a fried cheese grit cake. Base. Prepare grits. Combine grain with goat and sharp cheddar cheese. Heavy whipping cream/water 35/65. Set and cool in 2”x2”x1” cubs. Top with a soft shell crab and poached egg. Drizzle w/ hollandaise sauce and a dash of paprika

The frugal gourmet. From Washington state. He was on the local program. How to boil water. By yen. Statement. If yen can cook you can cook😂.

What would you do with the $25,000?

My fiancé has been fighting TNBC for three years . Which has spread to her brain. I don’t know how much time we have left. The Dr’s haven’t quite told us yet. We just want to get married that’s all. The money would go to our wedding
