Who is your culinary inspiration?I just inspired myself, in junior high school I took a part time job as a dishwasher at one of Long Islands most famous catering halls than I moved into the garde marge department as an assistant and in 1 year I became the Head of that department with my creations of fruit carvings & displays. Cooking was always a passion as My Mom was a Great cook & baker at my home growing up.
What would you do with the $25,000?a few $$ to good charities and the rest to help with personal issues.
