Going to be honest I don't have a signature dish. But I do love cooking with seafood. So I'll say anything with seafood.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is My 7 yr old Autistic son. He is the reason I started back cooking. I cook different things so he can try them single his taste buds are limited (lol). He has his safe foods but ke cooking gives him opportunity to try different foods. Some he tells me he doesn't like and some he has loved. He's my Inspiration for everything.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take me and my son on a vacation just keep and him. Then focus on getting a small space and work on opening my open business. (NAME: Mere's Kitchen).
