Receive Text UpdatesI specialize in authentic,underrated coastal Goan cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood, traditional flavors, and home style cooking techniques , my signature dish include: fish fry and curries . Banana leaf wrapped steamed dishes . Alongside traditional dishes, I also cook popular Indo Chinese : Chilli chicken, chilli panner, Soya chilli , Gobi Manchurian . And different types of biryanis and coastal chicken and shrimp items .
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother is my greatest inspiration in cooking. Even though I am far away from her , she is always with me in my kitchen. Whenever I cook , I bring her into my thoughts- remembering her techniques, her patience, and her love for food Every ingredient I add carries a touch of that love , just the way she taught me , it’s not just cooking for me , it’s an emotion, a connection, and a way of keeping her presence alive . Some of my most cherished dishes are inspired by her recipes.
What would you do with the $25,000?Some of my most cherished dishes are inspired by my mother’s recipes , which I recreate with deep respect and gratitude. : smoked eggplant coconut spread and onion eggplant side dish. After 2 years of unemployment, I turned my passion for cooking into serving healthy meals to thousands( kids and athletes) , I use the prize money to support my children’s education and ensure my parents well being and honoring my wife who stood by me .
