Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is called baretta di gianduja. It is a mousse bar that have a chocolate olive oil cake, gianduja mousse, and a chocolate mirror glaze. It is served with a vincotto reduction, maldon salt, and candied hazelnuts
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is an old coworker named Brooke Lindsey. She is my mentor and although we don't work side by side anymore, I get to watch her continue to grow and do what she loves. She inspires me everyday to stand out and seek more every day.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would save 15,000 and use the other 10,000 to pay of my husband and my debts. Eventually using it to open my own cafe.
