Receive Text UpdatesLemon chicken is my signature dish because it’s healthy, flavorful, economical, and easy to make. I love that it can be a simple weeknight meal or dressed up for a celebration, whether I’m cooking for two people or twenty.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother and grandmother inspired my love of cooking and taught me the joy of bringing people together around the table. Today, I also draw inspiration from chefs Adeena Sussman, Alex Guarnaschelli, Ina Garten, and Lidia Bastianich.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d upgrade my kitchen equipment so I can continue sharing great food with the people I love, and I’d take my husband, who has been my selfless taste tester and dish washer, on a mini gourmet vacation to thank him for all his support along the way.
