Who is your culinary inspiration?1 is my Grandma Colleen Rose Tozier. She was my favorite person in the whole world. I wanted to be any where she was, normally the kitchen. I learned my initial love and passion for cooking listening to the oldies in that kitchen with my Grandma, being in a kitchen keeps her memory alive for me. An Two Peter Moretti CIA chef he took me under his wing cleaned up what I knew and taught me everything else. He found me when I gave up and reignited the fire in that passion once more.
What would you do with the $25,000?Anyone can have a job and make food, it takes a whole different breed of person to put your passion, soul, and love into it where people can feel it. Have you ever just ate a meal and it hugged you from the inside like someone cared...well you were right the person who cooked it did. So I would buy a food truck and spread some much needed love and hopefully brighten some dark places.
