Made with vegetable stock, shiitake mushrooms, kale, green onions, ramen noodles, and simple seasonings like ginger, garlic chili sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook the vegetables in olive oil, add the broth and seasonings, then simmer with the noodles until tender. A simple, comforting ramen recipe that serves 1–2 people in about 30 minutes.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Everyone in food network but the person that taught me everything I know he was the most understanding,caring and patience teacher I have ever had, he taught me and my fellow class room everything. His name is Chef Barry Crall from Salvation Army Hope Harbor in Lodi California!
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning the $25,000 would help me take the first step toward my dream of owning a food truck. My goal is to create fresh, scratch-made comfort food that brings people together and gives them a memorable experience. I believe quality and passion are what separate a good food truck from a great one. I plan to turn a bus into my food truck, called Bussin Foods, and build a business that reflects hard work, creativity, and my love for cooking.
