It’s the perfect expression of who I am as a chef—authentic, creative, and passionate about sharing Thai culture through food.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my family, especially the women who taught me to cook. They showed me that great food isn’t about complexity—it’s about creating something meaningful that brings people together. Their recipes, techniques, and love for hospitality continue to inspire every dish I create. My goal is to honor those traditions while sharing Thai cuisine with guests in a way that feels both authentic and exciting.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would invest it in growing my restaurant and creating opportunities for my team. I would use the funds to develop new culinary experiences, improve training programs, and continue sharing authentic Thai cuisine with a broader audience. As a chef, my goal is not only to create great food but also to build a culture of hospitality, learning, and community. This prize would help turn that vision into reality.
