Who is your culinary inspiration?My Portuguese and Spanish Grandmothers, who showed me cooking is an expression of love. My Mom who taught me to appreciate and respect every ingredient. Growing up in the Amazon, and experience the exotic and unique gifts of nature. All the trips around the world with my Husband by my side. Chefs like Paul Bocuse, Alex Atala, Astrid y Gastón, George Mendes, who inspire me to celebrate heritage through food and culture. My daughters who remind me that creativity is rooted in curiosity.
