Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration comes from life, I try to build relationships and connect with people on a personal level so I can bring that feeling of passion and community to my food. I built my passion watching the great Emeril Lagasse make beautiful home style dishes with flair and fun. I try to bring that attitude to my work and my team everyday.
What would you do with the $25,000?It's always been my dream to provide my team with a reward fitting of their efforts into my kitchen, if I won I would be sharing with my team in the form of new personal tools and help to learn new skills in the culinary field.
