Who is your culinary inspiration?I get inspiration from all the celebrity chef I see on TV. The amount of knowledge is incredible. Now my favorite competition chefs would probably be Chef Jet Tila and Chef Antonio Lafaso.
What would you do with the $25,000?Pay off debt with some first. Then invest the majority of it into a catering business or food truck.
