Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration comes from my father and grandmother. I started my career because my father passed due to malnutrition. Along the way my grandmother’s health declined. So I decided to start my career in senior living, learning eating habits and diets. But I didn’t want her to have boring nursing home food so I started elevating the foods she grow up on, comfort food! Some foods were too heavy on her, but in watching Gordon Ramsay I learned you can turn anything to a healthy meal.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000 I would put the down payment on a property to start the process of owning my own bistro! It will help with equipment and setting up the decor of my new restaurant! All leftover foods and product will be donated to charity for the homeless!
