What is your signature dish?

Angel hair pasta topped with seared sea scallops, shrimp and tender young asparagus, drizzled with garlic olive oil and a sprinkling of fresh grated parmesan cheese.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

Being transplanted New Englanders to central Florida, the restaurants here do not have the extensive list of fresh cold water fish and other Rhode Island specialties on the menus.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would upgrade my 20 year old kitchen, adding double ovens, a stove-top pot faucet, built-in center island microwave, French -door refrigerator, more efficient & easier access to under-counter storage.
