Who is your culinary inspiration?I was trained by Chef Steven Del Lima who has been nominated for best chefs of America since 2013 and has won many awards for his recipes.. his flavor profile and technique made me fall in love with the organized chaos of a kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 towards a true farm to table experience.. I would like to build a homestead with a restaurant on it and one day be able to teach others how to grow and raise and cook their own food.
