Who is your culinary inspiration?As a child, Emeril Lagasse was my culinary inspiration! I loved watching him on TV and hearing him say BAM! . In addition, I am inspired through my kids, friends and family! Creating dishes I know they will love—ones that make them smile, dance, and come back for more. I put my heart into every bite.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were to win the $25,000, I would first invest in top-quality cooking tools to elevate my skills. After that, I would secure a Larger and reliable source of transportation for my growing family. Then, I would take my kids on a special vacation. Of course save some coins to put away!
