What is your signature dish?

My signature dish is creamy crab- stuffed flounder.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration is my dad. I lost him to a car accident back in 2012 and besides him being a hard worker, he was an amazing cook. The first time I had a quiche, my dad made it; I remember him teaching me how to peel potatoes, make pancakes and so many other things (even what not to do in the kitchen). Shortly after his passing I quit school then quickly knew I needed a plan B because I didn’t want to disappoint him so I enrolled in culinary school in honor of him.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000 I would get a forever home for myself and my son, get us a car and finally start making our lives comfortable. Then I plan on blessing those around me because they help me out a lot.
